On Sunday, November 10, the TV version of the Vitaliy Portnikov lecture, which took place on October 12 in Ostroh, will premiere on the Espreso channel.
The lecture was held within the framework of the project Fourth Power: Impact, Challenges, Responsibility. The event was organized by NGO "All-Ukrainian Forum for Democracy", with the support of the Media Development Fund of the US Embassy in Ukraine.
It should be reminded that the TV version of the lecture will be repeated on November 17 at 23:00.
